1. Subscription Billing, Non-Refundable Policy & 30-Day Cancellation Rule

• Non-Refundable Payments: All subscription payments ($10.99 USD/month internationally or Rs. 3,000 PKR/month in Pakistan) are final and non-refundable once processed or activated. Cloud rendering capacity and studio allowances are provisioned immediately upon activation.
• Cancel Anytime (No Next-Month Charge): You may cancel your Studio Pro subscription at any time directly from your Manage Membership page. Once cancelled, your payment card will not be charged for the following month.
• Full 30-Day Access Guaranteed After Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription does not cut off your current paid month early. Even after you cancel, your account retains full Studio Pro access until your paid 30-day billing period completes, after which it automatically transitions to the Free plan.

2. Cloud Storage & 5-Day Automatic Data Retention Policy

• No Permanent Cloud Archiving: ShotArch AI Studio does not permanently store your generated or uploaded media files on our cloud servers.
• Automatic 5-Day Media Cleanup: Every generated image, video clip, story, voiceover, music track, and song inside your projects is retained in cloud storage for 5 days from creation and then automatically and permanently deleted to maintain cloud storage capacity. Your project container remains in your workspace, but media older than 5 days is cleared.
• Project Deletion: Deleting a project from your workspace immediately and permanently removes the project and all of its associated media files from our cloud storage.
• Download Your Completed Work Immediately: You are solely responsible for downloading and backing up your generated assets or exporting your project ZIP to your own device as soon as your project or generation is complete.

3. Plans & Usage Allowances

ShotArch AI Studio offers two membership tiers:

• Starter · Free ($0): Includes unlimited Studio projects, up to 50 Standard images per day, up to 25 High-fidelity images per day, and up to 15 Voiceovers per day (resetting every 24 hours).
• Studio Pro ($10.99/month or Rs. 3,000/month): Includes everything in Free plus up to 100 Short Videos per month (6–14s with sound and dialogue), 1 multi-shot Long Story film per month (up to 5 minutes), 30 Vocal Songs per month, 30 Instrumental Music tracks per month, 50 Voiceovers/Dialogues per day, and full access to the Autonomous Creative Studio Agent.

4. Commercial Rights & Acceptable Use

You retain commercial usage rights to images, videos, stories, songs, music tracks, and voiceovers generated under your account for YouTube, social media, advertising, and client projects. You agree not to use ShotArch AI Studio to generate unlawful, non-consensual, defamatory, or harmful content, or to abuse platform quotas through automated scraping or multiple fraudulent accounts.

5. Account Security & Administration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ShotArch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
